Woodbine Construction partnered with McDonald’s to deliver a new 3,700-square-foot restaurant at 6703 Rocky Lane in Louisville, Kentucky. The ground-up project included complete site development, utility infrastructure, building construction, paving, landscaping, and a modern side-by-side drive-thru configuration. The completed site features 36 parking spaces, dedicated mobile-order and McDelivery areas, ADA-accessible improvements, new site lighting, signage, and extensive drive-thru improvements designed around McDonald’s current restaurant operations.
