JCPS Fire Science in Louisville, KY

Woodbine Construction completed the construction of a new Fire Science Garage at Fern Creek High School. The approximately 2,626-square-foot facility features a pre-engineered metal building with standing-seam metal roofing, architectural metal siding, three oversized overhead garage doors, concrete foundations and slab, restrooms, mechanical and electrical systems, and new site utilities. The project also included demolition of existing site structures, storm drainage, paving, grading, and site improvements. Work was performed within an active school campus, requiring careful coordination of existing utilities and school operations.
