Bland Street Warehouse in Louisville, KY

Woodbine Construction Company completed the construction of this 27,500-square-foot prefabricated metal warehouse, delivering a comprehensive site and building package from earthwork through completion.

The project included the export of more than 8,000 cubic yards of soil, installation of the stormwater system, concrete curbing, asphalt parking areas, fire suppression and electrical system. Building and operational features included hi-bay garage doors, a loading ramp, dock door, glass and glazing, and associated site and building improvements.

Woodbine coordinated the site development, building construction, and specialty trades to deliver a durable, functional warehouse facility designed to support the owner's operational needs.
